1. How long will it take for me to receive my membership card?
- About two weeks from the time we receive your completed membership application.
2. Is an AMSE membership good at other museums?
- The Travel Passport Program entitles AMSE members to free admission at ASTC (Association of Science-Technology Centers) museums when showing their AMSE membership card and photo ID at the Box Office of these participating museums.

3. What reciprocal membership privileges do I receive at ASTC museums?
- Free admission may be limited at some museums. For details, check each museum listing on the ASTC Passport Program List. (http://www.astc.org/members/passlist.htm)
- Special exhibits and theater tickets may not be included in the free admission.
- Science centers located in the same market area (within 90 miles of each other) are excluded from the program unless lifted by mutual agreement. Please call any museum before a visit to check eligibility for the admission benefit.
- Members are encouraged to contact other museums before a visit to verify admission policies and museum hours of operation.
4. What is AMSE’s reciprocal admission policy?
- AMSE’s policy allows free admission for 2 adults and up to 4 children on the reciprocal ASTC membership.
