Spotlight: Georg Ehlers
Ehlers is the Senior Instrument Development Scientist for the ORNL Neutron Sciences Directorate. He came to work at the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) in 2003, where he was the lead on the Cold Neutron Chopper Spectrometer. In 2017, Ehlers took on a more general role as a coordinator for SNS and the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR).
Ehlers will share about his experiences at SNS and give an explanation of its work in layman’s terms.
Spotlights are included with the purchase of museum admission.
