AMSE’s team of educators and special guests will delight and engage students as they are guided through a collection of hands-on and completely unique, and sometimes unexpected, experiences.
Each day will feature different interactive experiences. From the classroom to in-the-field research and discovery. Students will explore a broad subject matter to spark curosity by exploring, experimenting and engineering scientific experiences. Topics will include: Criminology, Biology, Physics, Chromatography, Botany, Forensics Studies, Geology and Earth sciences including a field trip to the UT Arboretum.
June 17th -21st daily from 8:30am to 3:00pm.
On Friday June 21st campers will take a field trip to the UT Arboretum @ 901 South Illinois Avenue Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
Camp is for rising 5th, 6th, and 7th graders.
Campers need to bring their own lunch and beverage. A refillable water bottle is suggested. Campers will also receive an afternoon snack.
